Welcome to Krystal Light Centre. By booking or participating in our services, classes, or retreats, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Krystal Light Centre, including readings, healings, classes, and retreats.

By making a booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Services

All services are provided with care, professionalism, and respect.

Services are not intended to replace medical, legal, or financial advice.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where necessary.

3. Payments
-
Full payment or deposit (where specified) must be made to confirm your booking.

Payment methods will be advised at the time of booking.

4. Retreats & Deposits
-
A deposit is required to secure your place at a retreat.
-
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Remaining balances must be paid by the due date specified at the time of booking.​

If you cancel after paying, deposits cannot be refunded or transferred, though your booking may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

For services (readings, healings, classes): cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may result in forfeiture of your payment.

Retreats follow the non-refundable deposit policy listed above.

6. Liability

Krystal Light Centre accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during services, classes, or retreats.

Participation is voluntary, and clients are responsible for their own wellbeing.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.

Information will only be used for managing bookings, payments, and providing services.

8. Changes to Services
Krystal Light Centre reserves the right to make reasonable changes to services, events, or retreats when necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia
